THE ROLE: The role is broad, encompassing both public and private M&A, JV and private equity work. CANDIDATE:

• Ideally you will be a solicitor qualified in England & Wales, or other Common Law jurisdictions, such as Australia or New Zeeland;
• You will have between five to seven years' of post qualification experience.
• Specific, high-value corporate transactional experience is a must.
• You will be able to show management experience as well as the ability to supervise and train junior lawyers.
• Your experience will need to cover excellent quality corporate transactional work (M&A, JVs) from a leading US or City firm.
• You will be a team player – and will appreciate this term working with our client.

A real estate practice of an international consulting firm is looking for an outstanding candidate to fill the position of Mid-level Associate.

An ideal candidate will have:

·         4+ years of PQE (at least 3 in real estate sphere);

·         At least 2 years in consulting (international or major local law firm)*;

·         Excellent academic background;

·         Profoundknowledge of real estate;

·         Proven experience of participation in various real estate related projects (including DDs and assessment of real estate, sales and purchases in various forms, leases, construction, permitted use related assignments, etc.);

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountabilities:

Requirements:

• Past work experience in real estate consulting, international law firm will be strong advantage
• Professional experience in real estate and corporate transactions

• The individual should be senior level professional with good commercial thinking and business judgment, high level of responsibility, initiative and ability to assume independent role in managing set targets within deadlines
