Responsibilities: - reporting to the Legal Counsel, the person will provide overall legal support for the company activity in Russia with specific emphasis on contract law and corporate matters - legal support for the purchasing procedures and admin function - daily communication with all departments Requirements: - proven experience with Western business or law firm - strong knowledge of corporate, contract law; arbitration experience could be an advantage - efficient communicator with high degree of cross-cultural awareness - reliable team-player - fluent English
