Senior construction lawyer

Требования к кандидатам:

A prominent international investor and developer is looking for an experienced construction lawyer to join its legal team.

Major requirements:

excellent knowledge of construction activity regulation, including case law;
vast experience in supporting construction activity from the very initial to commissioning stage;
good understanding of general real estate and land issues and regulation;
ability to work independently and in a team;
strong negotiation skills;
excellent drafting skills;
fluent English, including construction terminology.
