This is an excellent opportunity for a young real estate
specialist to get an in-depth knowledge of legal and business issues arising in
course of implementation of a complex construction project undertaken in three major
Russian cities.
Our client, a
reputable European developer and operator of shopping centers (leading player
in the European outlet sector) is looking for a talented candidate to join its
newly established legal department.
As a part of a
legal team you will be dealing with various issues relating to real estate and
construction, as well as other commercial matters. A lot of your time will be devoted to lease
issues (including negotiations with tenants).
In order to
successfully implement the role, you should meet the following criteria:
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience;
- experience of working with commercial leases and general real estate experience;
- understanding of basic rules regulating land turnover and construction activity;
- good orientation in other areas of law (commercial, corporate – the wider range, the better);
- confident willingness to develop career in real estate and interest to this area of law;
- excellent research and drafting abilities;
- strong communication and presentation skills;
- potential and willingness to learn and develop;
- willingness to take responsibility but adequate reaction to a supervision;
- fluent English;
- easy-going personality.
