Требования к кандидатам:
Responsibilities:
· Management of Legal department. Report to Group General Counsel and CEO of Investment Company.
· Contracts review/drafting, both in Russian and English;
· Negotiations with counterparties;
· Legal support to sales/trades and corporate finance teams;
· Legal maintenance and support of Moscow and overseas offices of the Group (CIS, UK, US, Cyprus);
· Interaction with outside counsels, regulators and self regulated organizations.
Requirements:
· Graduate of Russian law school;
· Fluent English;
· 2-3 years experience with the foreign law firm
· Strong legal drafting skills;
· Relevant investment company experience;
· Willingness to learn, develop;
· Management skills.
