Senior / Mid-level Associate in Western Law Firm

Требования к кандидатам:
Our client, a leading international law firm, is searching for the candidate to fill the position of Senior Associate. Main requirements: from 3-5 years - previous experience within some huge Western or Russian company (Mergers and Acquisitions, private equity deals); experience in finance/ investment/ banking - sectors is required; excellent knowledge of Russian and International finance, tax, Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate law; fluent English; ideally some training in English law. Main responsibilities: providing domestic and foreign clients from different industry sectors with consultations on wide range of law issues (especially in finance: Mergers and Acquisitions, finance, banking, capital markets, etc.); cooperating with the Partners and working in the group of lawyers. Compensation: from 8000 USD net per month (discussable), social package.
