Требования к кандидатам:
Full time position.
Requirements:
· University decree (or 4-5 year law student).
· Specialization in corporate law.
· Knowledge of legislation on state registration of legal entities/branches/representative offices, antitrust legislation.
· Experience in setting up legal entities/branches/representative offices.
· Experience in dealings with the competition authorities (Federal Antimonopoly Service) and preparation of applications/notifications to the competition authorities.
· Experience in drafting corporate documents (in English and in Russian): foundation documents, corporate resolutions.
· Computer literate: MS Office, Internet, legal data bases.
· Good command of English.
· Previous experience working with a law firm is a plus.
