Требования к кандидатам:
Russian consulting company is looking for a Lawyer of Customs Regulation practice.
Responsibilities:
· Representation of clients in disputes with customs authorities, including administrative liability cases.
· Appealing against actions/omissions of customs authorities in the course of administrative proceedings and in court.
· Advice on customs regulations, including, but not limited to such issues as:
- assessment and confirmation of customs value of goods;
- confirmation of product origin;
- classification of goods;
- use of optimal customs treatments regimes for imported and exported goods.
- recommendations for preferential taxation of goods conveyed across the customs border of Russia.
We expect candidates with:
- 25–45 years old
- At least 2 years of relevant post-qualified experience of in-house or consulting practice;
- Good Command of English.
Compensation: to be discussed, $6000-8000gross fix + social benefits.
