Vacancy Description
Our Client is a Western Property Development company.
It is currently seeking for the lawyer to join their Moscow office.
You will be involved in corporate and real-estate issues (all corporate work will be real estate related).
You will be responsible for formation of corporate structure, formation of joint ventures, drafting of management agreements, royalty agreements, license agreements for the project, managing off-shore companies, structuring of new real estate deals.
The role of the in-house lawyer will also include co-ordination of the external lawyers’ work in the most efficient way.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of PQE, focusing on corporate and real estate issues either in in-house or legal consulting.
Fluent English and excellent drafting skills is a must.
Compensation and Benefits
The company offers base salary between USD 4000 – USD 7000 gross depending on your experience and qualification, plus bonus.
