Desirable criteria:

• Higher education in law
• 3-5years of relevant qualification experience
• Able to work independently(managing projects and clients)
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Russian corporate, commercial, civil and labor law
• Excellent oral and written communications in English, including legal terminology
• Experience in advising international clients
• Perfect analytical skills
• A pro-active approach
• Highly developed organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with a multiple wide range of tasks within the time limits
• A high degree of competence in Microsoft Word and other relevant software products (eg, Microsoft Powerpoint& Excel, document management systems and databases)
• Ambitions to increase job hard and soft skills
• Teamwork and relationship building skills

Responsibilities:

• Project management
• Advising clients on various issues of Russian commercial, corporate, civil, consumer and labor law
• Preparation and analysis of commercial contracts
• Representation of clients in pre-trial dispute resolution procedures, as well as in litigation on commercial, corporate, consumer and labor matters
• Legal due diligences
