            What we do

• In our Legal practice we provide legal support for IP and IT projects (both domestic and international), conduct legal due diligence, provide advice on IP matters and consult clients on general issues of Russian civil law.

  Responsibilities

  Participation in the following assignments:

  • Legal support for IP, IT issues
  • Legal due diligence
  • Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
  • Implementation of registration actions in Rospatent
  • Supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring

  To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

  • Higher education (degree preferably in IP/IT law)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in legal sphere gained in reputable Russian or international companies
  • Proven experience in IP legal support
  • Excellent knowledge of intellectual property law
  • LLM/JD is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Russian for working with clients and documentation
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
