Требования к кандидатам:

EPAM is looking for Competition Associate / Junior Competition Associate Responsibilities: ·        Advising on application of the Russian antitrust laws (merger control (FAS Russia clearance) under the Competition Protection Law (No. 135-FZ), and preferably clearance of deals by the Governmental Commission under the Strategic Investment Law (No. 57-FZ) and the Foreign Investment Law (No. 160-FZ)); ·        Drafting and filing of applications and notices related to concentration deals to the antimonopoly authority; ·        Drafting of memoranda on antitrust compliance matters; ·        Development of legal positions to protect clients in antitrust disputes; Qualifications: ·        Degree in law; ·        Good academic knowledge of civil, antitrust and procedural laws; ·        1 or 2 years of professional experience in antitrust law, preferably consulting roles; ·        Good command of English, at least on upper-intermediate level; ·        Preferably experience in merger control (FAS Russia clearance) under the Competition Protection Law (No. 135-FZ); ·        Preferably experience in clearance of deals by the Governmental Commission under the Strategic Investment Law (No. 57-FZ) and the Foreign Investment Law (No. 160-FZ); Terms: ·        Development within a team of best professionals on the market; ·        Interesting engagements; ·        Modern offices in the city centre, a 5-minute walk from Belorusskaya metro station; ·        Competitive salary; ·        Voluntary medical insurance.
