Требования к кандидатам:

EPAM is looking for an Associate with English law qualification. You will be working on projects related to banking and finance transactions, M&A and general corporate matters.

You should have  at least 3 to 4 years PQE with focus on Banking & Finance issues.

Fluent English and drafting skills are required.
