We are looking for a Law Clerk (1-2 PQE) to join our highly successful Corporate team, in our Moscow office to assist clients with general corporate and commercial contracting matters. You will be working as part of a highly respected team that encourages personal skills development, teamwork and growth and which we believe really stands out from the rest of the market. You will join the Moscow Corporate team in providing a pre-eminent service in complex corporate transactional matters.
You will be a final year student having an experience working with corporate matters and commercial contracts, and an excellent knowledge of Russian law, specifically civil law. Your responsibilities will include:
drafting and execution of various basic legal documents, including, but not limited to, corporate resolutions, PoAs, initial drafts of various memos etc.;
conducting legal research on various matters;
participation in due diligence process; and
liaising with notaries, banks, in-house lawyers and external service providers as required, tracking and tracing documents (legalisation, apostille, review, signature verification, etc).
You will also need to have superior English language skills. We are looking for a confident teammate, who is a self-starter that can manage matters independently with appropriate senior oversight.
