Требования к кандидатам:
The Moscow office of a major international real property company seeks a new Head of Legal.
The successful candidate will head Legal Department with 5 subordinates and provide the company with full legal support in:
- M&A deals structuring;
- Real Estate due diligence;
- Corporate regulatory affairs;
- Financing;
- Lease agreements;
- Tax and labour issues;
- Claim work and court proceedings.
Requirements:
- Russian qualified;
- from 5 years in-house post qualification experience in the real estate sector;
- particular experience in the shopping malls management is a great advantage;
- previous experience with international law firms (real estate or corporate practice) as advantage;
- excellent knowledge of Russian: land, lease, contract, corporate and vast litigation experience is obligatory;
- knowledge of tax, labour and fincnce law is a plus;
- full fluency in English (spoken and written, including drafting legal documents from scratch) is required.
The successful candidate will obtain a stable and well-remunerated position with a reputable international company.
