We are looking for a Mid and Senior level Associate to join our project finance and infrastructure team in Almaty.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
-
at least one year of previous practical experience at an international or major domestic law firm or as in-house legal counsel;
-
Law degree with an outstanding academic record;
-
Full professional proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 or higher or its equivalent);
-
Genuine desire to learn new skills, to work hard and play hard; Self-discipline, the ability to work independently; self motivation and self-discipline;
-
the ability to separate his/her work life and personal life.
Functions:
-
Provide legal services to foreign investors and Kazakh state bodies on financial transactions and infrastructure projects, including PPPs;

Meeting with government officials and clients;

Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
