Business Development Manager / Coordinator - TOP international law firm

Требования к кандидатам:

Business development manager/coordinator – TOP ILF

 

Client proposals in various formats

(proposals will be partly covered by Moscow team, and partly by our current BD manager who is moving to the US)

- understanding of the firm’s clientele and the market

- large government tenders (monitoring, cooperation with research vendors etc., preparation and submission (BD takes the full lead on this)

- standard proposals in PPT or special program (infographics & special software program -- strongest computer skills required)

- deal lists: working with attorneys to ensure submission of closed deals to special database, so they can be used for proposals

 

Materials

- maintaining the bank of standard materials e.g. brochures for specific practices, attorneys’ bios, one-pagers

- preparation of ad hoc materials e.g. client alerts

 

Client targeting

- working with partners and attorneys on setting target lists (all potential targets divided among attorneys by industry & practice)

- regular monitoring of market, follow up with targets

 

Events (entertainment, conferences & seminars)

- several events per year, in various formats (from 30 up to 500 guests)

- entertainment events plus sponsorships, conferences, own seminars

- working with attorneys to plan events for the year

- design of invite, lists of invitees

- all elements of events organization (venue, catering, music, decoration, transportation, materials, gifts etc.)

- full control & optimization of budget & quality

- general support at events, client registration

- follow up after event

 

PR (though important, but this is not a very active element of BD with us)

- establish and maintain relations with journalists

- take initiative to organize publications

- maintain website

 

Legal directories

- maintain relations with legal directories (e.g. Legal500)

- timely submissions to main our profile (incl. interviews etc.)

 

CRM

- enhanced use of CRM tools, work with attorneys & secretaries

(target lists, tagging, follow up etc.)

- client gifts & other activities

 

Budget control

- working with Administrator & partners to plan and control budget each year

- working with attorneys and vendors to monitor & optimize expences

 

Global BD

- working in close cooperation with Global BD

- global projects, short term secondments

- regular calls and other reporting tools
